Parts (new, used, and remanufactured; includes labels): A tremendous amount of time is spent with all our customers to insure that they are buying the "exact" part they need. Digital pictures and descriptions are used as confirmations. It is RSR Foodservice Equipment policy NOT to accept returns on items for reasons such as; they didn't need it after all, found the missing piece, found it cheaper somewhere else. Critical parts are pre-fit and test to confirm that they work as they should. RSR is not a large franchise like K-mart or Target and we cannot take back items after work is already completed.
If part happens to be defective, naturally RSR will give a total refund. Shipping & handling are not refundable.No charge for estimates.
Components sent to be estimated or remanufactured: if the customer doesn't want to remanufacture a part after an estimate is given, the part will be scrapped at no charge OR returned to customer, they pay only the shipping & handling.
Equipment: NO RETURNS (PERIOD). The experts at RSR personally set up and inspect every piece of equipment that comes in, and a tremendous amount of time is spent qualifying someone with their equipment requirements. We can't afford to pay for customer mistakes; i.e.; my wife didn't know I ordered it, etc.
Again, the warranty is not effected. Defective workmanship/material will be covered under the specific time frame. It varies from piece to piece. Details of warranty will be given at time of question for a particular piece.
Returning an Item: Returning a defective part or machine under warranty must obtain an RA # (return authorization number) BEFORE sending anything to RSR. Freight must be pre-paid.
